The two-day PR 360 Development Program will be held in Kyiv on October 9–10. It is an opportunity for experienced communications professionals to elevate their skills to the next level.

The program is designed for mid-level and senior PR specialists, as well as heads of communications departments who aim to reassess their approach to communications and strengthen their practice. The program’s core focus is on reputation as a company’s strategic asset.

The program consists of three modules delivered by trainers with extensive experience in communications:

1. Internal and External Communications
Led by Natalia Ulynets, CEO of Perfect PR Agency and Head of the EBA Marketing and Communications Committee, this module will cover strategic communications and reputation management. Topics include: building trust among target audiences, stakeholder mapping, reputation audit, and the CEO’s role in shaping the company’s reputation and brand.

2. Crisis Response
Mykhailo Shuranov, PR Director at NEQSOL HOLDING UKRAINE with over 25 years of experience, will share practical skills for handling crisis situations — from crisis classification to preparing public statements. The session will also feature real case studies from major companies.

3. Analytics, AI, and Metrics
Oksana Malychkovych, co-owner of the agency EL.BI.AI and an expert in media and public opinion research, will teach how to use modern tools to define reputation metrics during a crisis, conduct reputation analysis, and translate reputation into measurable data to support informed decision-making.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate.
